In addition to functioning as a Tenderization Timer, the wall model also provides important information regarding the hanging conditions in your space by displaying the temperature and humidity level.

To get the most out of your wild game it needs to be properly aged. The Wall-Unit of the Tenderization Timer measures the temperature and calculates continuously the degree of tenderization of the meat. 

  • Digital display shows the percentage completed and the days remaining
  • Temperature (F) and humidity (%) is presented on side digital display. 
  • Measures the ambient temperature every 21 seconds and estimates remaining time based on the 24-hour average temperature. 
  • Runs on  standard AAA 1.5 volt batteries that are replaceable. 
  • On normal usage the batteries should last for many years. 
  • Especially useful for dry-aging facilities where quartered or whole animals can hang and air dry in a controlled environment..

Regardless of temperature variations, the Tenderization Timer calculates the percentage of tenderization and the number of remaining days until the meat is ready for butchering.
